> ScanThisWine is a free QR code wine e-label generator for EU wine labeling compliance. Winemakers create digital labels with ingredients, nutritional information, allergens, and energy values. Consumers scan QR codes to view labels on mobile devices in their language.

## About

ScanThisWine helps wineries and wine importers comply with EU Regulation 2021/2117, which requires wine products to provide digital labeling information accessible via QR codes (effective December 8, 2023). The service is completely free, with a limit of 500 labels per user account.

Each label covers the full set of mandatory EU e-label requirements:

- Ingredients list
- Nutrition declaration (energy, fat, saturates, carbohydrates, sugars, protein, salt)
- Allergen information (sulphites, milk, egg, etc.)
- Energy values (kJ/kcal)

Labels are automatically translated into 24 EU languages. Public label pages contain no client-side analytics or tracking scripts, ensuring consumer privacy on compliance pages.
